Shoulder– Dr Irvine specializes in arthroscopic surgery for shoulder disease. We are able to evaluate and treat all shoulder conditions, including tendonitis, bursitis, arthritis, labral tears such as SLAP tears or Bankart lesions, impingement syndrome, and rotator cuff tears.
Elbow– Dr Irvine diagnoses and treats many elbow problems such as tennis elbow, golfers elbow, biceps tendon injuries, as well as fractures.
Hand/wrist– Dr Irvine treats numerous conditions of the hand and wrist such as carpal tunnel syndrome, ganglion cysts, mallet finger injuries, Dequervain’s Tenosynovitis, and fractures.

Dr Irvine is skilled at performing a minimally invasive, all-inside ACL reconstruction which shortens your recovery time after surgery and gets you back in the game sooner! He also treats other knee conditions such as meniscus tears, patellar maltracking, chondromalacia, arthritis, and bursitis. Dr Irvine also has expertise in performing partial knee replacements, as well as total knee replacements.
Foot/ankle– Foot ankle injuries such as stress fractures, ankle sprains, lisfranc injuries, OCD lesions, and ankle instability are treated here at the Missouri Center for Orthopedics & Advanced Sports Medicine.
